Training of Trainers (TOT)

The Training of Trainers, a TIC initiative, aims at developing the leadership of existing organizations through an intensive training program in South Africa. The training only accepts six to eight international participants which allows for individual attention and focus on the emotional processes of the trainee. The program allows the graduates to conduct the following training in their own country:

3 months international IPEP
1 week On Becoming You workshop
2 day comprehensive Islam and Sexual Diversity workshop

It is also through the TOT and the relationship with Imam Muhsin Hendricks, as the key facilitator, that builds movement.
